Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ted Baker purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all full-priced items. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including the completed delivery note inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
